About the Organizers

The Government of Tamil Nadu by an Act of State Legislature [Act No.43 of 1997] established the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (TNDALU) for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in learning, teaching and research in the field of law. His Excellency Shri. K.R. Narayanan, then President of India inaugurated it on September 20, 1997 in the presence of Dr. Kalaignar Karunanidhi, then Chief Minister of Tami Nadu and the University started from October 3, 1997 onwards. The University was named after the Architect of the Indian Constitution Dr. BR. Ambedkar.

About the Event

The Tamilnadu Dr Ambedkar Law University’s School of Excellence in Law’s Model United Nations Society is back with its flagship event- SOELMUN’25 with the hope to uphold its long tradition of hosting the most hospitable and quality MUN conference in the circuit.

Eligibility

  • School students and students pursuing undergraduate (UG) or postgraduate (PG) courses are eligible to participate in the conference.
  • The conference is suitable for both beginners and experienced delegates.
  • Multiple participations from schools, colleges, and universities are allowed.
  • Note: UNCOPUOS Committee is an exclusive school committee.
