About the Conference

The Two-Day International Seminar on “Legal Pathways to Sustainable Development: Exploring the Intersection of Law and the UN SDG” is a significant event with the main theme of “Exploring the Synergy Between Law and Sustainable Development: Legal Innovations for Achieving the UN SDGs in India.”

This event is designed to delve into the critical role of legal frameworks and policies in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in India. The seminar will be held in a hybrid format, allowing for greater accessibility and an increased reach of the discussions. It aims to bring together a diverse group of participants, including students, academics, and professionals from the legal field, to engage in discussions, debates, and the proposal of innovative legal solutions for addressing sustainable development challenges.

  • Font times new roman | font size for main text: 12 & footnotes: 10
  • Line spacing – main text- 1.5 | footnotes -1.0
  • Margin: 1 inch of a4 size page
  • Citation pattern: bluebook 21st edition
  • Plagiarism of max. 20% will be permitted

*In case of non-submission of full paper, irrespective of presentation in seminar, the certificate will not be awarded

  • 01/12/2024 – Scan the QR code and submit your abstract by 11:59 pm (abstract will not be accepted after the deadline)
  • 15/12/2024 – Acceptance of abstract will be conveyed via e-mail
  • 25/12/2024 – Last date to register is to pay the fee for accepted papers
  • 25/01/2025 – Last date to submit
  • 30-31/01/2025- Paper presentation

Processing Charges

  • AUR participants: ₹750
  • Students: ₹ 1500
  • Professionals/academicians/research scholars: ₹2500
  • International participants: USD 50
  • Separate registration for individual for co-author (max. 3 authors allowed)
  • The registration fee includes welcome kits, food, and accommodation, but excludes travel expenses.

  • Maximum 3 authorship allowed (separate registration for all)
