About the Legal Internship Opportunity

In this Virtual Internship – SkillxPro’s Certified Virtual Internship – General Corporate Team, you will be working on advising client on different stages of an acquisition transaction. You will be involved in incorporation of a company, structuring the target company and negotiating & drafting of major preliminary and final documents like share purchase Agreement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Advise your Client on initiation of litigation – determining reliefs, cause of action, and jurisdiction
• Assist your senior in preparing for the Counsel meeting
• Assist your senior in the drafting of the plaint
• Assist your Client in keeping a watch on a matter
