About the Event
The webinar will be led by Mr. Ketan Mukhija, Senior Partner & Head, Burgeon Law, a distinguished legal expert with extensive experience in corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.
This session will provide valuable insights into the fundamentals of Mergers & Acquisitions, the complete process from deal initiation to post-merger integration, and the role of Due Diligence in ensuring a successful transaction. The session will provide a structured understanding of how M&A deals are executed, key legal and regulatory considerations, and how Due Diligence helps assess potential risks before finalizing an agreement.
