About the Quiz Competition

Quiz Competition serves as a platform for students and professionals to demonstrate their knowledge and critical thinking in a concise and interconnected manner. These events encourage healthy competition, fostering a spirit of learning and intellectual growth. Participants can showcase their problem-solving skills, knowledge of various subjects, and quick thinking. Overall, Quiz Competitions play a vital role in promoting knowledge dissemination and cognitive development.

Eligibility

• Students enrolled in full-time 5 years or 3 years of undergraduate law courses.
• Students enrolled in post-graduate law courses, diploma,s or short-term certificate courses in law.
• Students pursuing professional courses like CA/CS/CFA and similar courses are allowed.
• Only individual participants are allowed.

Theme

“Indian Business and Contract Law”

Questions from the Indian Contract Act of 1872, the Specific Relief Act of 1963, the Sale of Goods Act, and the Partnership Act of 1932 will be asked.

Guidelines

• From the date of registration, participants will get updates on the WhatsApp group.
• Format of Quiz: The Quiz shall take place online; the paper will include Multiple Choice Questions only.
• The participant can take this exam from their laptop or Mobile Phone.
• A platform for the quiz will be Google Forms. In the case of the same marks, time will be considered (A person who submits early will be given preference).
• The link will be shared 1 hour prior to the start of the quiz. The quiz will be conducted on 23/11/2023 and will be available from 7:00 PM to 7:20 PM.
• The participants are advised to be ready 15 minutes before the commencement of the quiz, to avoid any inconvenience.
• There will be 50 questions of 50 marks in the quiz. The time allotted will be 20 Minutes. Every question carries 1 mark & there will be no negative marking.
• LexPacto will not be responsible in case of any connectivity/device failure during the Quiz.

Prizes

• 1st Position: A cash prize of Rs. 5000 + Certificate of Merit + Legal Fiction Book.
• 2nd Position: A cash prize of Rs. 3000 + Certificate of Merit + Legal Fiction Book.
• 3rd Position: A cash prize of Rs. 2000 + Certificate of Merit + Legal Fiction Book.
• 4th -5th Position: Legal Fiction Book + Certificate of Merit.
• All the participants shall receive a Certificate of Participation.
