The Centre for Law and Economics (CLE) was established under the aegis of Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, with the goal of promoting study in the co-joined disciplines of Law and Economics, as well as understanding the interdependent relationship between the state of the economy and the effect that it has on the country’s economic laws. The Centre aims at promoting awareness and research in the field of Law and Economics.

About The Competition
One of the most daring multidisciplinary topics is law and economics, which deals with the use of macro and microeconomic theories in legal frameworks expanding their assistance in performance evaluation and offering answers to prevalent issues. Both domains are intrinsically tied to one another and include a wide range of topics, including property, contracts, torts, criminal law and process, administrative law, constitutional law, environmental law, family law, and many more. The benefit of studying these topics concurrently allows for the evaluation of legal regulations and their economic viability, as well as analysis of the consequences of laws passed, on the public owing them to explore the new dimension of the research process, this competition will inspire the students to improve their research abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Any student pursuing under-graduate degree from a reputed school/college/university is eligible to participate in the Competition.

- The registration fee for participating in the competition is Rs. 250/-.
