The National Conference aims to provide an academic platform for researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, policymakers, industry experts, and students to deliberate upon emerging issues in Intellectual Property Rights and explore legal solutions that balance innovation, public health, and sustainable development.

About Call for Papers

Original and unpublished research papers are invited from academicians, research scholars, legal practitioners, industry professionals, policymakers, and students. Co-authorship is permitted, with a maximum of two authors.

Eligibility

Academicians, Research Scholars, Students, Advocates, Corporate Professionals, Policymakers, Industry Experts, and Judicial Officers are eligible to participate.

Formatting Guidelines

• Word Limit: 2,000–4,000 words, including footnotes.
• Font: Times New Roman.
• Font Size: 12.
• Line Spacing: 1.5.
• Footnotes: Font Size 10, single line spacing.
• Citation Style: Indian Law Institute (ILI) style or OSCOLA 4th Edition.

Submission Guidelines

• Abstract shall not exceed 200 words.
• Abstract must contain the title of the paper and author details.
• Submissions will be evaluated and selected purely on the basis of merit and originality by a team of experts.
• The list of sub-themes is not exhaustive; papers on other contemporary issues related to Intellectual Property Rights are also welcome.
• The paper must be original and must not be simultaneously considered by any other seminar, conference, journal, book chapter, or similar publication.
• Similarity in the main content should not exceed 15%.
• AI usage should be less than 10%.
• Certificates of Merit will be awarded to the top 5 presenters/papers.
• E-Certificates will be provided to all participants.

Registration Process

Participants whose abstracts are accepted are required to complete the registration process by paying the applicable registration fee and submitting the required registration details and payment proof through the designated registration form. Participants without paper presentation may register under the participation category.

• Acceptance of Abstract: 10 August 2026

Submission Procedure

Abstracts and full research papers shall be submitted through the respective online Google Forms provided by the Organizing Committee. Abstracts must be submitted by 03 August 2026.

Selected papers, after peer review, may be considered for publication in an edited book/ISBN proceedings or a reputed journal, subject to editorial policy.
