Eligibility
- Law student (3rd year & above, or pursuing LLM).
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised.
- Interest in fashion law, contracts, and IP is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining vendor, supplier, influencer, and employee contracts.
- Support compliance with labour laws, e-commerce regulations, and retail policies.
- Conduct research on fashion law, consumer protection, and online business regulations.
- Help in brand protection activities – trademarks, copyrights, and IP enforcement.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, policy documents, and compliance reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all legal and compliance records.
