About the Internship
Innovaccer is hiring an Apprentice – Legal for an on-site role in Noida. The apprentice will work closely with the General Legal Counsel and the legal team, assisting with contract drafting, legal research, compliance, and other corporate legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognised law university with an excellent academic record.
- Eligible to enrol under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) as a Graduate Apprentice.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new digital tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work under the guidance of mentors.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision.
- Engage with internal stakeholders or clients to gather information and support legal matters.
- Review vendor contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Amendments, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Provide legal opinions on company policies and processes under supervision.
- Conduct regulatory research and support compliance activities.
- Liaise with internal counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, and intellectual property matters.
- Contribute to improving the efficiency of contracting and other legal processes.
