Work Profile
- Conduct legal research on corporate, contract, intellectual property, and employment law.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Support compliance with regulations and help develop policies.
- Organize and manage case files and legal documents.
- Perform administrative tasks like filing and maintaining records.
- Attend meetings and provide summaries and follow-up actions.
