Eligibility
- Law student (2nd year and above for 5-year programs or in 3-year LLB preferred)
- Strong grasp of Indian Contract Law, Company Law, and IP Law
- Excellent written English and formatting skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive in communication
- Prior internship or drafting experience preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Draft, format, and maintain internal legal documents (contracts, NDAs, MoUs, onboarding agreements, ToS, privacy policies, etc.)
- Coordinate with partner law firms, legal consultants, and compliance advisors
- Assist in setting up Eastri’s legal frameworks for data privacy, vendor contracts, intellectual property, and employment
- Research government policies and licensing laws affecting Eastri’s operations in the personal and home services space
- Keep documentation legally up to date in line with company expansion (cities, shops, staff, revenue)
