Eligibility

• Law student (2nd year and above for 5-year programs or in 3-year LLB preferred)
• Strong grasp of Indian Contract Law, Company Law, and IP Law
• Excellent written English and formatting skills
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive in communication
• Prior internship or drafting experience preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and maintain internal legal documents (contracts, NDAs, MoUs, onboarding agreements, ToS, privacy policies, etc.)
• Coordinate with partner law firms, legal consultants, and compliance advisors
• Assist in setting up Eastri’s legal frameworks for data privacy, vendor contracts, intellectual property, and employment
• Research government policies and licensing laws affecting Eastri’s operations in the personal and home services space
• Keep documentation legally up to date in line with company expansion (cities, shops, staff, revenue)
