Dixit Law has an opening for a legal associate.
Eligibility
Associate with PQE 1-3 years. Preference is given to those who have already worked with a Counsel representing UOI and/or other Govt Departments.
Responsibilities
The primary area of practice is Litigation before the High Court of Delhi and CAT, Delhi. The work profile also includes drafting of Opinions, Replies, Writs, LPAs, Applications/Petitions U/s 09, 34 & 37 of the A7C Act etc.
Salary
Remuneration: 15-25K (depending on experience). Flexible work hours/place.
