Law is more than a collection of statutes, rules and judicial decisions. It reflects society, its values, conflicts, aspirations and inequalities. At the same time, law has the power to reshape the very society from which it emerges.

Law, Society and Change: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Contemporary Challenges invites original scholarly contributions that examine law through the broader lenses of the humanities, social sciences, psychology, economics, commerce, technology, culture and public life. The volume particularly welcomes works that critically engage with the reciprocal relationship between law and society, exploring how legal institutions respond to and at times struggle to address the realities of a rapidly changing world.

About Call for Chapters
