Jamia Humdard’s National Level Panel Discussion on Lacunas of Indian Rape Law

About the Jamia Humdard
Legal Aid Committee at Jamia Hamdard is a student-run initiative in collaboration with Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) – South. Our aim is to provide legal assistance to facilitate access to justice to the disadvantaged through legal literacy initiatives, awareness programs on legal rights and provide free legal aid. Additionally, we also provide a centre for practical and professional training for students of law. We believe that emphasis on social justice not only prepares students to articulate conceptions of social justice across multiple perspectives but also understand forms of oppression and develop skills and knowledge to become effective social change agents.
