Eligibility

Responsibilities
- Assist in research, drafting, and review of commercial contracts including RFPs, Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, and other legal documents.
- Assist in maintaining an up-to-date contracts tracker and repository
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take responsibility for the effective completion of the work assigned while maintaining high-quality standards for the deliverable
- Assist in researching and summarizing the applicable regulatory provisions that may impact the business of the company
- Support the consultants for various ROC filing
- Give coordination and support to internal stakeholders for the collection and collation of information, data, and reports
- Handle correspondence and coordination with external stakeholders like lawyers, bankers, and other consultants
