About the Internship
Advocate Deepika Upadhaya Subedi is looking for a Legal Intern with a genuine interest in construction law, arbitration, infrastructure, and legal research. The internship offers an opportunity to work on real files and legal issues while gaining meaningful responsibility and practical exposure.

Eligibility
Law students, preferably in their final year, and recent law graduates may apply. Candidates should have a genuine interest in building a career in construction, infrastructure, arbitration, or commercial law.
Applicants should be curious, willing to learn, detail-oriented, dependable, and possess strong legal research and drafting skills. Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools for research, content creation, and workflow improvement is also preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on construction, commercial, procurement, and infrastructure laws.
- Draft legal opinions, notices, contracts, legal correspondence, and case briefs.
- Assist with arbitration, litigation, and construction claims.
- Review contracts and project documentation.
- Support legal compliance and documentation for infrastructure projects, including due diligence.
- Research case law, statutes, and comparative legal materials.
- Occasionally assist with legal content creation for digital platforms, including presentations, infographics, and educational posts.
Stipend
This is a paid internship.
