About the Opportunity

Wahed is offering an internship of three months at Mumbai Office. Roles and ResponsibilitiesWriting, reviewing, and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the companySecuring compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations Working alongside other departments within the company including HR, marketing, & technologyReviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements.

Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the companyHighlighting legal, operational, business & compliance risks to the companyEnsuring understanding and interpretation of contractual agreements with respect to the completion of required duties.

Eligibility

LLB or LLM student, preferably in their final year
Hard-working, pro-active, and a keen eye for detail
Available for a period of at least 3 months
Residing in Mumbai, India
Bonus: past internship experience in drafting
