About the Internship
Verum Legal is inviting applications for a Legal Internship at its Hyderabad office.
This is a hands-on internship offering exposure to real legal work across corporate and litigation domains.
Eligibility
- Penultimate or final-year law students
- Strong interest in corporate law
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Responsibilities
- Work on corporate transactions, structuring, and documentation
- Conduct legal due diligence and compliance advisory
- Draft and review contracts, term sheets, and resolutions
- Assist in litigation work before District Courts and High Courts
- Conduct regulatory research (SEBI, Companies Act, etc.)
- Assist in startup advisory and IP-related matters
- Support client coordination and legal opinion drafting
- Maintain files, trackers, and research notes
- Attend client meetings and firm-related activities
