About the Internship
The organisation is looking to onboard a Legal Intern with prior exposure to civil and commercial litigation.

Eligibility
- Law students in their final year of a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. course.
- Prior internship experience in civil and commercial litigation.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures and filings.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research on civil and commercial matters.
- Undertake court visits and department work, and assist with case management.
- Support senior associates in ongoing matters.
Duration
Minimum 6 months.
Stipend
As per industry standards.

Location
Borivali (West), Mumbai.
