Techolution specializes in UI Modernization, Cloud Transformation, Internet of Things, Big Data & Artificial Intelligence. We are headquartered in New York with offices in New Jersey, Hyderabad (India), Mauritius, Singapore, Jakarta (Indonesia) and Clare (Ireland).

Responsibilities

1. Reviewing commercial agreements, drafting, and contract management. Draft contracts to document routine business transactions.

2. Focuses on drafting key legal provisions to manage risk for Techolution’s businesses and Functions.

3. Analyze and interpret local laws and regulations in connection with contract requests to ensure compliance.

4. Conduct due diligence and prepare reports accordingly.

Stipend

The intern shall be paid a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month. Upon completion of the Internship, a detailed discussion on the conversion to a Full-Time employee will be conducted with the Intern.

Duration

The duration of internship will be six months.

Selection Process

Assessment based on a Legal Questionnaire followed by three rounds of Personal Interviews.

Mode of Work and Timings

The mode of work will be Hybrid. The shift timings are 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST Monday to Friday.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are from Hyderabad location & have exposure in IT Law through Internships.
