SGAB Law Offices is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated legal interns to join their team.
Eligibility
- Law students currently pursuing their LL.B. (3rd/4th/5th year students preferred) or recent law graduates.
- Strong academic background and a keen interest in corporate law.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Profile
- Conducted legal research and prepared memos on relevant corporate law matters.
- Assist in drafting petitions, applications, complaints etc. and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.
- Support in case preparation, client meetings, and court appearances.
- Stay updated with the latest legal developments in the relevant practice areas.
