About The Organisation
Radhey Krishna Legal Aid Foundation (RKLAF) is an impact-driven legal initiative working at the intersection of law, governance, and civic engagement, with a focus on advancing transparency, accountability, and rights-based systems through strategic legal action.
The Foundation undertakes initiatives including Right to Information (RTI) interventions, policy research, legal awareness campaigns, and data-driven advocacy, with the objective of strengthening democratic institutions and promoting legally informed public participation.

About The Internship
RKLAF invites applications from motivated and driven individuals for its ongoing internship programme. Interns will actively contribute to live legal campaigns, research projects, and public-facing initiatives, gaining real exposure to how law operates beyond textbooks.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and selected candidates may join immediately upon confirmation.
Eligibility
- Students or individuals from Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Journalism, or related fields
- Strong research, writing, or communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva, video editing, or content tools (preferred)
- Prior experience in legal work, research, or NGOs is a plus (not mandatory)
Internship Verticals
Applicants may apply to one or more verticals based on their interests and skill sets:
1. Legal Drafting & Litigation Support
- Draft RTI applications, legal notices, complaints, and representations
- Assist in legal research for ongoing matters and strategic interventions
- Support development of legally actionable documents and case frameworks
2. Research & Policy Advocacy
- Conduct legal and policy research on contemporary socio-legal issues
- Assist in drafting research papers, policy briefs, and reports
- Analyse legislation, case laws, and governance frameworks
- Contribute to evidence-based advocacy initiatives
3. Social Media & Content Creation
- Create engaging legal awareness content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Design infographics, carousels, and static posts
- Assist in planning and executing content strategy
4. Campaign Management & Execution
- Assist in designing and executing legal awareness campaigns
- Coordinate with partner organisations, volunteers, and student networks
- Track outreach metrics and prepare campaign reports
- Support webinars, discussions, and awareness drives
5. Blog Writing & Legal Communication
- Write articles, explainers, and opinion pieces on legal topics
- Simplify complex legal concepts for public understanding
- Contribute to the Foundation’s blog and knowledge platforms
6. Partnerships & Outreach
- Build collaborations with colleges, organisations, and networks
- Assist in expanding RKLAF’s presence across institutions
- Support outreach strategies and engagement initiatives
7. Design & Visual Communication (Optional)
- Develop visual identity for campaigns and legal content
- Design high-quality creatives aligned with brand aesthetics
- Assist in enhancing digital presence and storytelling
Mode Of Work
- Remote: Content creation, blog writing, research roles
- Hybrid (Delhi-based): Campaign management, outreach, core team roles
- In-Office (Selective): Legal drafting, strategy, and advanced involvement
Key Details
- Duration: Minimum 2 months
- Joining: Rolling (based on selection)
- Time Commitment: ~10–15 hours per week (flexible based on role)
- Applications: Open throughout the year (early applications encouraged)
