Position: Legal Intern

Eligibility
- Law students (3-year or 5-year LLB) with cleared Executive / Professional modules
- Strong interest in corporate law, compliance, and governance
- Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute independently
- Flexibility to travel/attend on-site work if required
Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, compliance notes, and summaries
- Support corporate law, secretarial compliance, and ROC filings
- Collaborate with the legal team on real assignments
- Gain hands-on exposure to legal practice and compliance workflows
