About the Internship

The Legal Intern – Pre-Placement Opportunity (PPO) position is designed for law graduates interested in gaining practical experience in corporate legal operations and commercial contract management.

Selected candidates will work with internal stakeholders and external institutions while assisting with legal documentation, contract administration, and vendor management.

Eligibility

• Completed LLB from a recognised university.
• Strong understanding of the Indian Contract Act (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel (mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coordination, organisational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from the office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Assist in commercial contract preparation and administration.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, banks, and external institutions.
• Manage legal documentation, agreements, and SOW repositories.
• Support vendor onboarding and RFP management.
• Prepare contract abstracts and agreement summaries.
• Track agreement expiry and renewal dates.
• Take ownership of pending agreements and ensure timely closure through regular follow-ups.

Duration

Six months, extendable based on performance.

Mode

Work from Office (Monday to Friday).
