About the Internship

NITCO Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist with legal research, drafting, documentation, litigation management and day-to-day legal assignments.

Eligibility

Candidates must be final-year students pursuing an LL.B. degree.
Strong legal research, drafting and documentation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations and judicial precedents.
Assist in drafting, reviewing and organising legal notices, agreements, contracts, case summaries, legal briefs and court documents.
Track case statuses, hearing dates and important deadlines to support litigation management.
Maintain and organise physical and electronic legal records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external advocates on legal matters.
Assist with other assignments as directed by the Legal Department.
