Eligibility

• Candidate should be CS student and/or Final Year Law student.
• Strong interest in corporate law, due diligence, and legal research.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Assisting company secretary with secretarial due diligence.
• Support the corporate legal team in handling legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and provide insights into corporate affairs.
• Help in drafting, reviewing, and organizing various legal agreements and contracts.
