About the Internship
Malabar Group is hiring Interns for the Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs Department!!
Eligibility
- Candidate should be CS student and/or Final Year Law student.
- Strong interest in corporate law, due diligence, and legal research.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Assisting company secretary with secretarial due diligence.
- Support the corporate legal team in handling legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide insights into corporate affairs.
- Help in drafting, reviewing, and organizing various legal agreements and contracts.
