About the Internship

• Experience: 0-6 months in legal. Freshers are most welcome.
• Qualification: L.L.B. in Law or a related field
• Must have basic knowledge of using legal search engines like Manupatra, reading and interpreting laws / legal language
• Able to read, analyze and make observations out of documents, contracts, agreements, orders, legal documents, etc.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive and Dropbox.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing Legal instruments including but not limited to agreements, legal notices, etc.
• Knowledge of Legal regulatory and statutory compliance to provide requisite advisory.
• Must be good in Legal Research to provide advice to the Company on legal matters.
• Conducting legal research on issues relevant to cases being tried in court
• Candidate must be able to efficiently update the master sheets and act as a custodian of the important documents, whenever required.
• Manage client correspondence.
• Conduct general research and support in visits as and when required in Court or other government departments.
• Reviewing and summarizing case files to determine what additional action is needed by the attorney
• Manage documents both online and offline as per Company standards
• Any other responsibility as may be required to conduct daily management of projects.
