About the Internship

In Time Tec is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support the legal team in handling corporate legal matters, contract management, compliance, and legal research. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time legal operations in a professional office environment.

Eligibility

• Final-year law student enrolled in:
  • 5-year LL.B., or
  • 3-year LL.B., or
  • LL.M. program
• Prior internship experience with law firms or corporate legal departments
• Exposure to contracts, corporate law, legal drafting, legal research, contract management, and compliance
• Basic understanding of:
  • Corporate governance
  • Contract drafting and review
  • Compliance matters
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents
• Support corporate legal matters and compliance-related activities
• Conduct legal research on corporate laws, regulations, and governance matters
• Assist in maintaining legal records, agreements, and documentation
• Support the legal team with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for legal requirements and clarifications
