About the Internship
Hizuno is hiring a Legal Compliance Intern to support its team in researching insurance regulations, reviewing compliance documentation, and assisting with corporate governance requirements. The internship offers hands-on experience with insurance laws, regulatory filings, and compliance with IRDAI guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently in the final year of an LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. programme.
- Strong interest in insurance law and IRDAI compliance.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse IRDAI circulars, notifications, and guidelines.
- Assist in reviewing policy documents, product filings, and compliance reports.
- Support the legal team in preparing corporate governance disclosures and compliance certificates.
