Eligibility
Qualification: 5th year candidate or a fresher
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research
- Make brief notes
- Undertake legal dictation/drafting
- Provide assistance in court hearings
- Review and summarize legal contracts and agreements
- Assist in organizing and updating legal databases and documentation
- Proactively involved in negotiation and closing the open items.
- Advising the business team/stakeholders on various issues in deal-making.
