About the Internship
BMC Advisors is inviting applications for a Legal Intern role for candidates interested in Corporate Law. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate compliance and regulatory work.
Eligibility
Law students:
- 3rd year and above (5-year course) or
- 2nd year and above (3-year course)
- Strong interest in corporate and commercial laws
- Good drafting and research skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
Responsibilities
- Assisting in company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
- Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
- Supporting filings with MCA and other regulatory authorities
- Conducting legal research and preparing notes
Duration
2 months (Immediate joining)
