About the Opportunity

Axlerator is hiring legal interns.

Eligibility

• Students pursuing a 5-year integrated law course (BA LL.B / BBA LL.B / BCom LL.B) are strongly preferred.
• Students in their 3rd year or above (or final-year students of 3-year LL.B).
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Prior experience or academic exposure in banking, NBFC, insurance, or corporate law is an added advantage.
• Excellent command over English drafting & professionalism in communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal and regulatory research across NBFC, banking, and insurance sectors.
• Review, refine, and proofread contracts, policies, and operational documents.
• Draft legal notes, briefs, compliance reports, and framework documents.
• (Founder’s Office Intern) Support the founding team on strategic, legal, and compliance-driven initiatives.
