EvoPropTech (BuySafe) is hiring a Legal & Property Due Diligence Intern in Mumbai. The intern will work on legal research and real estate due diligence matters, including property title verification, MahaRERA research, litigation checks, builder due diligence, agreement review, and related documentation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to real estate and property matters.
- Assist with property title verification.
- Conduct MahaRERA research.
- Perform litigation checks.
- Assist with builder due diligence.
- Review agreements and related legal documents.
- Assist with real estate due diligence documentation.
Eligibility
- Law students pursuing an LL.B. or 5-year LL.B.
- Interest in Real Estate and Property Law.
- Good legal research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills.
Duration
The internship will initially be for 1 month and may be extended up to 3 months based on performance and team requirements. Candidates should be available to complete the 3-month tenure, if required.
Stipend
₹8,000 per month.

Full-time, in-office.
