About Acelegal

ACE Legal is a law firm focusing on the legal aspects of corporate transactions. They have advised on various matters such as private equity & venture finance, debt finance, project finance, due diligence reviews, inbound & outbound investment, M&A, tax planning, real estate transactions, etc. The nature of contracts we have handled includes simple sales, tenancy agreements to complex investment agreements, sale and lease back, foreign collaboration, joint ventures, technology, licensing, EPC, large land acquisition contracts, timeshare agreements, etc.

About the Internship

Assessment Internship Opportunity at Acelegal. The applicant will be informed via email of the date & time of the Interview and Group discussion, usually within two weeks of application.

Eligibility

• Students who have completed at least two years of the 5 year Law program i.e in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year of law course
• Students of the 3-year LL.B program
• Students who have appeared in their final year of law examination and waiting for their results
• Students of LL.M. program.
• Good command of English
• Right attitude, and temperament to learn
• Be a Team player
• High in motivation and energy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Research abilities
