About the Internship
The internship will provide students with practical exposure to dispute resolution and litigation work, including case research, drafting, brief preparation, court assistance and arbitration proceedings.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth case law research, prepare proposition notes and assist with brief-building.
- Assist with initial drafts of pleadings, writ petitions and company applications.
- Prepare case files, convenience compilations and case-law trackers.
- Accompany counsels to court and tribunal hearings and physical arbitration proceedings.
Eligibility
- Students currently enrolled in the 3rd to 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme.
- Students currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Strong understanding of procedural laws, including CPC and CrPC/BNSS.
- Knowledge of statutes such as the Companies Act, IBC, and Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
- Sound research skills using legal databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Punctual and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work in an active court environment.
