About the Internship

Masilamani Law Partners is hiring.  The selected candidates will be required to undergo assessment internship/ training period of six months.

Eligibility

Patents

• Engineers – Preferred technical domains are software/electronics / mechanical engineering. We are also open to other science stream graduates i.e. MSc / BSc / Biotech. 
• Lawyers – Must have an LL.B degree (3/5 years). Preferably enrolled in Bar Council. 
•  JD: They are looking for fresh engineering graduates to work with the patent department for patent drafting, filing, prosecution, and post-grant activities.

Trade Marks

• LLB (3/5 years)
• JD: Associate will be required to work in the trademark and copyright prosecution practice. Responsibilities will include handling trademark/copyright searches, application drafting, and filing, prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, assignment deeds, and related matters.

Litigation

• Qualification: LLB (3/5 years)
• JD: Associate will be required to work in the litigation practice – responsibilities will include attending court proceedings, drafting of pleadings/applications / and related documents, and all related legal and administrative matters.

Office Executive / Paralegal

• Job Description: Full-time, Candidates will be trained to assist the lawyers in documentation, filing, and all other tasks as assigned by the team leads.
• Domain: Graduates in the field of Commerce / Arts / Science / any field, can apply.
• Skills: Candidates should have reading and writing proficiency in English along with basic computer skills, including working knowledge of MS WORD, and EXCEL SHEETS. 

Stipend

The assessment internship/ training period of six months will be paid.
