About the Internship

Khaitan & Co. is looking for an Intern

Eligibility

• 0 years (Freshers can apply)
• Pursuing LLB / Law degree courses from any recognized law school.
• Indian students who are pursuing studies in the II and third years of the three-year degree and in the IV and V years of the five-year degree.
• Advanced knowledge of computers (MS Office, infographics, adobe, etc.) will be preferred.
• Well-versed with basic knowledge of the law but not limited to CPC, Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, Limitation Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, procedural knowledge HC/SC.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively use research tools to support the team (Manupatra, SCC online).
• Good understanding of legal subjects and ability to build on this knowledge.
• Ability to analyze facts and laws and strategically present them to the team.
• Multi-tasking skills.

Duration of Internship

One month / 4 weeks.
