About the Internship
Looking for a motivated Law Intern to join our team and help attend courts, drafting and filing of cases from trial Courts, High Courts, DRT and NCLT.
Eligibility
- Excellent command of the English and Marathi language.
- Ability to organize, research, and analyze complicated legal documents.
- Ability to work on an assignment basis.
- The Candidate should be from Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Drafting notices, writ petitions, and other necessary legal documents.
- Researching case law, statutes, and other relevant legal information.
- Analyzing legal documents for accuracy and conformance with applicable laws.
- Working with attorneys and legal staff to ensure documents are properly prepared.
- Maintaining records and filing documents with the court.
- Attending court hearings and assisting the senior in his court arguments
Duration of Internship
6 Months (Certificate will be provided on successful completion of Internship)
