The Centre for Labour Studies and Research invites original, unpublished and well-researched papers that critically examine contemporary issues, challenges and reforms in labour and industrial laws at national and international levels.

About the Publication 

Selected full papers presented at the conference will be published by reputed publishers with an ISBN, subject to successful completion of a double-blind peer review process and adherence to publication standards.

  • Sub-headings: 12 pt, Bold 
  • Main Text: 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, Justified 
  • Footnotes: 10 pt, single spacing 
  • Referencing Style: Bluebook (21st Edition) 
  • File Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx) only 
  • Co-authorship permitted (maximum two authors) 
  • Plagiarism limit: Up to 10% 
  • Use of AI tools is strictly prohibited

  • Maximum of five keywords required 
  • Abstracts and papers must be original and unpublished 
  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind review process
