GNLU Centre for Corporate and Insolvency Law, in collaboration with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and Pacific and United Nations Coordination Committee is organizing an ‘International Conference on Insolvency Law and CISG@40’ on 18th December 2020.
