About the Organisation

Manipal Law School, Bengaluru, is a constituent unit of the Institution of Eminence, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). The Moot Court Society (MCS) is the official student-run body responsible for organising mooting activities and national and international moot court competitions at the institution.

About the Opportunity

The third edition of the Dr. TMA Pai International Technology Law Moot Court Competition is an international-level moot court competition that provides students with a platform to engage with contemporary and emerging issues in technology law.

Theme

The 2026 edition focuses on the evolving regulatory framework governing digital entertainment, including issues of platform accountability, intermediary responsibility, national security, and fundamental rights in technology-driven ecosystems.

Eligibility

Students enrolled in recognised undergraduate law programmes are eligible to participate. Team composition and detailed eligibility criteria will be provided in the official competition brochure.

Registration Fee

For Indian Teams: ₹5,000 (INR)
For International Teams: $100 (USD)

Prizes

Prizes worth ₹4,00,000 (INR).
