LLB, LLM, and a PhD in constitutional law, Prof. Hajare brings extensive research experience, having presented papers at national and international forums. His tenure as a Full-time Principal at Army Law College, Pune, and the publication of the book “The Law of Parliamentary Privileges in India: Problems and Prospects” underscore his expertise.
