About the D.M. Harish School of Law

The formation of D.M. Harish School of Law, Mumbai is the upshot of the efforts of founding members of HSNCU, who have always set milestone to raise the bar and incorporate best institutions and highest of excellence in education in last several decades.

D.M. Harish School of Law, the pristine and extensive campus located at the premier location in South Mumbai, established and managed by H(S)NCB, which have earned national and global recognition. The objective is to provide socially relevant comprehensive and interdisciplinary legal education through curriculum, innovations, and adding new interfaces to address contemporary issues.

About the Event

D. M. Harish School of law, HSNC University, Mumbai is organizing a National Level Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition and is making a call for submissions for the same.

Eligibility

The competition is open to any bonafide undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate student. Only one entry per institution for Poster Making and Slogan Writing each shall be permitted (one Slogan and one Poster per institution). The Slogan / Poster must be in the English language only.

Achievements of India during the last seven decades in the following areas:

• Poverty Eradication
• Health 
• Housing
• Education
• Employment
• Environment
• Development
• Law and Justice
• Technology
• Any other

Registration

• To register for the event.
• Registration is free but compulsory.
• While registering the participant must upload his/her College ID Card. 

Submission Rules

1. For Poster Making

• Participant can make poster on any one theme mentioned above.
• It should be original and hand made. 
• The Participant must not reveal his identity or the identity of the institution on the poster 
• No poster should include the name of any government official or government logos.
• File Size Scanned in PDF format of 4 -20 MB
• The poster must be made on the A3 size sheet with margins drawn with a black pen/marker.
• Acceptable tools for drawing/painting include pencil, crayon, watercolor, oil paint, etc. Photographs, wires, other 3D objects, and print-outs will not be acceptable. 

1. For Slogan Writing

• The slogan should not exceed two lines
• The Participant must not reveal his identity or the identity of the institution in the Slogan
• It has to be quoted in inverted commas [“  “]
• The slogan should be original
• The slogan should be submitted in PDF format.

Submission Procedure

Entries are to be sent at competition.dmhsl[at]gmail[dot]com latest by July 16, 2022, 04.00 P.M. Any late entry will not be accepted.

Judgment Criteria

• Relevance to the theme
• Originality
• Artistic composition
• Creativity

Results will be declared on July 23, 2022 

Prizes

• The three best Slogans and the three best Posters will be awarded medals and merit certificates
• The winner’s names with their respective Posters & Slogans will be showcased at the Law School website, official Facebook page and other social media platforms.
• All the entries will be exhibited at D. M. Harish School of Law campus. 
• All other participants will be given E-Certificates for participation.

This is an online event.

Deadline

The last date for registration is July 12, 2022.
