Submission Guidelines
- Submissions should be original and previously unpublished.
- Manuscripts should be in English and follow standard legal citation formats.
- Articles should be between 3000-5000 words.
- Please include an abstract of no more than 200 words.
- Final submissions should be sent to [email protected] by 5th November 2023.

These formatting guidelines should help maintain consistency and professionalism in Samprasna publications, ensuring that all contributions are presented in a clear and scholarly manner.
Paper Size and Margins:
- Use standard letter-sized (8.5 x 11 inches) paper.
- Set one-inch margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right) for text and page numbers.
Font and Typeface:
- Use a standard, easily readable font such as Times New Roman, Arial, or Calibri.
- Maintain a font size of 12 points for the main body text.
- Use consistent font styles (bold, italics) for headings and subheadings, if applicable.
Line Spacing:
- Use double-spacing for the entire manuscript, including the main text, footnotes, and bibliography.
Alignment and Justification:
- Align text to the left (ragged right) and justify the text on both sides.
Heading Structure:
- Organize your paper with a clear heading structure, typically including:
- Title: Bold, centered, in title case (not all caps).
- Author(s) name(s): Below the title, centered, with affiliations (if applicable).
- Section Headings: Use a hierarchical system (e.g., Section 1, Section 1.1, Section 1.2) with consistent formatting (bold, italics, or underlined) for each level.
Abstract:
- Include a concise abstract at the beginning of the paper. It should summarize the paper’s main points and not exceed a specified word count (e.g., 150 words).
Citations and References:
- Follow a recognized citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago, Bluebook) consistently throughout the paper.
- Include a bibliography or reference list at the end of the paper, listing all sources cited.
- Ensure that in-text citations and references are accurate and complete.
Page Numbers:
- Number all pages consecutively, typically in the upper-right corner or centered at the bottom of the page.
Figures and Tables:
- Format figures and tables consistently, including clear titles and proper citations if applicable.
- Place figures and tables within the text where they are first mentioned or in an appendix.
Footnotes and Endnotes:
- Use footnotes or endnotes for additional explanations, citations, or commentary.
- Number notes consecutively throughout the text.
Language and Grammar:
- Use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Maintain a formal and scholarly tone.
Submission Guidelines:
- Specify the submission deadline and contact information for authors.
- Clearly outline the submission process and requirements, including any specific file formats (e.g., PDF, Word).
Length Requirements:
- Specify the acceptable word count range for submissions.
Copyright and Permissions:
- Address copyright considerations, including permissions for images or excerpts if necessary.
Review Process:
- Describe the peer-review process, including details about how submissions will be evaluated and selected.
Acknowledgments and Author Information:
- Include an acknowledgments section for any funding, support, or assistance received.
- Provide author biographies or affiliations if desired.
Submission Process
- The manuscript should be in MS Word format.
- The title of the manuscript should be appropriate.
- The manuscript shall be original and unpublished.
- The submission should not be plagiarized, and free from grammatical, spelling, and other errors.
