This prestigious event is designed to encourage discussion in the Startup Law & Policy sphere and reward excellence in legal research and writing, specifically focusing on the dynamic and rapidly evolving world of startups.

• Word Count: 2500-3000 words
• Submission Deadline: 12 August 2024 
• Abstract Submission Deadline: 1 August 2024

Registration Fees

• Single Author: 700 INR
• Co-Authors: 1200 INR
• For the Finalists: Rs. 1500 INR (Each Author) has to pay for Accommodation and Food

For CNLU Students

• Single Author: 500 INR
• Co-Authors: 900 INR

Prize

• Winner: 30,000 INR Cash Prize + Internship Opportunity with Nishith Desai Associates + Gold Medal + Trophy and Certificate
• Runner-Up: 20,000 INR + Internship Opportunity with Nishith Desai Associates + Silver Medal + Trophy and Certificate
• Publication: The top 15 manuscripts shall be published in an ISBN-bearing book by a national/International publisher.
• Presentation: The top 4 manuscripts will be invited for final rounds of presentation at CNLU Campus.
