About the Competition

B.M.S College of Law is pleased to announce the 7th edition of B.M. Sreenivasaiah Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2022, to be held virtually from July 20 to 23, 2022.

Eligibility

Law Students from the BCI Recognised University and the Colleges

Mode of the Competition

Registration

Registration Fee: Rs. 3,000/-

Note: Duly filled registration form (attached below), Bona-fide certificates, and fee paid receipt shall be posted to “Moot Court Society, BMS College of Law, Bull Temple Road, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru – 560019” on or before July 10, 2022.

The entries are restricted to 32 teams on a first come, first serve basis, along with completion of the final registration process.

Teams are required to complete their Provisional Registration on or before June 15, 2022.
The Provisional Registration shall be done by filling the Google form:

Deadline

Register on or before June 20, 2022. The registration link & QR Code is in the brochure.

Teams are required to complete their Provisional Registration on or before June 15, 2022.

  • Winning Team: 35,000/-
  • Runners Up Team: 30,000/-
  • Best Written Submission: 5,000/-
  • Best orator – Male:  5,000/-
  • Best Orator – Female: 5,000/-
  • Best Researcher: 5,000/-
  • Cash Awards with Certificates will be given to the participants

  • Final Registration and Payment of Registration Fee: June 20, 2022
  • Last date for queries regarding the problem: June 30, 2022
  • Last date for submission of Moot Memorials (Soft Copy): July 5, 2022
  • Last date to receive Hard Copy of the Memorial and registration forms: July 10, 2022
  • Inaugural Programme: July 20, 2022
  • Researcher’s Test: July 20, 2022
  • Draw of Lots for Preliminary Round: July 20, 2022
  • Preliminary Rounds: July 21, 2022
  • Quarter Final and Semi-Final: July 22, 2022
  • Finals and Valedictory Programme: July 23, 2022
