About the Opportunity
The School of Law and Public Policy proudly presents Avantika’s Nyayashastra 3rd PAN-India Moot Court Competition, 2026. This national-level competition brings together students from premier law schools across India to hone their courtroom advocacy, legal research, and analytical reasoning through simulated appellate proceedings. The competition follows a hybrid format:

- Online Phase: Researcher’s Test, Draw of Lots, Memorial Exchange, Preliminary Rounds I & II, and Quarter-Final Rounds.
- Offline Phase: Semi-Final and Final Rounds held on campus at Avantika University, Ujjain.
Theme
Constitutional Law, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART Act, 2021), Transgender Rights, Family Law, and Law of Succession.
Eligibility
- Students enrolled in an undergraduate law program (3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law program) from any recognized college or university across India are eligible.
- Each institution is permitted to register only one team.
- Teams must comprise 2 or 3 members. In a 2-member team, both are Speakers; in a 3-member team, two are Speakers and one is a Researcher.
Registration Fee
₹3,000/- per team (non-refundable).
Prizes
- Winner Team: Cash Prize of ₹17,500/-
- Runner-Up Team: Cash Prize of ₹10,000/-
- Best Memorial: Cash Prize of ₹6,000/-
- Best Mooter: Cash Prize of ₹4,000/-
- Best Researcher: Cash Prize of ₹2,500/-
- All participants will receive an E-Certificate of Participation.

- Memorial Soft Copy Submission Deadline: 21st October 2026 (23:59 IST)
- Researcher’s Test & Draw of Lots (Online): 21st October 2026
- Preliminary Rounds I & II (Online): 22nd October 2026
- Quarter-Final Rounds (Online): 23rd October 2026
- Semi-Final, Final Rounds & Valedictory Ceremony (On Campus): 5th November 2026

Teams must register by completing the online registration form on or before 20th October 2026 (23:59 IST). The registration fee of ₹3,000/- must be paid via the UPI QR code provided in the form, and proof of payment must be uploaded during submission.
