In association with the District Legal Services Authority Jaipur Rajasthan, this conference aims to convene leading professionals, legal experts, scholars, and policymakers to discuss the evolving landscape of dispute resolution in a globally interconnected world.

Guidelines For Submission
- Full papers should be submitted in MS Word format.
- Formatting requirements:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Title: Font size 14
- Subtitles: Font size 13
- Body text: Font size 12
- Line spacing: 1.5 lines
- The paper should not exceed 6,000 words, including footnotes. Papers exceeding this word limit may be rejected.
- Submission of a paper implies the author’s consent to its publication and the transfer of copyright to Nims University (Nims School of Law). The author also consents to editorial modifications and will cooperate with the editors for any required revisions.
- References should be cited as footnotes, formatted according to the BLUE BOOK 19th EDITION, with a font size of 10.
- The work must be original, unpublished, and not under submission elsewhere.

- Call for paper – 16-17 September
- Early Bird Registration and Abstract Submission – 1 October
- Regular Registration and Abstract Submission- 10 October
- Paper submission last date- 1st November
