Eligibility

• All Law Colleges and the institutions imparting legal education (Both 5 year and 3 year Law courses) recognized under the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in the competition.
• A team shall consist of maximum three members that must include two Speakers and one researcher.
• Any team, intending to change the team composition of the team shall intimate the Moot Court Committee by sending an e-mail at [email protected], the change shall be allowed on discretion of the Moot Court Committee

• Formal registration is complete only after payment of the registration fee and submission of memorials.

The Registration Fee for the 5^th National Level Moot Court Competition is Rs. 1800/- (Per Team).
