About Innovative Institute of Law

The Innovative Institute of Law, located in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR) and established in 2005, is a NAAC-accredited, BCI-approved institution affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University. It offers 5-year B.A. LL.B/B.Com LL.B and 3-year LL.B programs focused on practical training, moot courts, and producing skilled legal professionals for advocacy and corporate roles.

Details of the Event

Innovative Institute of Law, demonstrating its commitment to cooperative and collective resilience, has announced the 4th National Moot Court Competition following the successful completion of its 3rd edition. The competition aims to create a dynamic platform for aspiring lawyers to enhance their legal proficiency and mooting skills through a unique and engaging format.

It seeks to inspire and cultivate strong drafting and writing techniques, effective oratory skills, and a sharp research acumen. The initiative is designed to provide budding lawyers across the country with an opportunity to develop analytical abilities in real-time situations and gain first-hand exposure to the complexities of law.

Eligibility

Participation is strictly restricted to Bonafide undergraduate law students pursuing  the three years or five years LL.B. degree program from the Institution/University  recognized by Bar Council of India. Only ONE team can register from a law  school or college of a recognized university/institution as a participant in the  Competition.

During the process of registration, teams are required to submit a  No Objection Certificate (“NOC”) issued by the Head/Dean/Faculty coordinator  of the Institution/Moot Court Committee, authorizing the team to participate on  behalf of the institution as provided in the Registration Form

• The teams are also required to mention the E-Mail ID of all members of team.
• Deadline for the online Registration – March 10th, 2026 (Till 11:59 P.M. IST).
• Registration Fee – INR 3,300/- (Per Team).
• The discipline and transparency with which this competition is conducted have contributed in its previous successful chapters leading to increased participation from year to year since its inception.
• The confirmation of Registration will be notified though E-mail with Team Code to the teams by the Organizers, after the completion and verification of the Registration formalities.
• The teams will be provided with a Team Code and Memorials shall be submitted in the identity of Team Code only.

Fee Details

The procedure for the payment of the Registration Fee shall be as follows:

• All the teams shall be required to make a payment of INR 3,300
• Accommodation will be provided to students who do not belong to Delhi NCR. For accommodation, team has to pay additionally Rs. 3,000/- (per Team)
